What does the Trovavio plugin for WordPress do that Yoast does not?
Trovavio also checks the site's visibility on ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, which Yoast and RankMath do not. It analyses the site from outside, the way Google and the AI assistants see it, and produces suggestions in plain language meant for non-technical professionals.
Do I need Yoast or RankMath to use the plugin?
No. If you have no SEO plugin installed, Trovavio handles title, meta description and schema on its own with its native output. If you do have one, it detects it automatically and writes into its fields, with no duplication and no conflicts.
How do I know whether my WordPress site shows up on ChatGPT?
Install the Trovavio plugin and connect the account. The dashboard immediately shows the site's GEO score and the specific checks: whether robots.txt blocks AI bots, whether the schema for AI is missing, whether llms.txt is configured. Every problem comes with a plain explanation and a ready fix.
Does it work with Divi, Elementor or other page builders?
Yes. Trovavio writes the SEO meta through the active SEO plugin or through its native output, whatever theme or page builder you use.
Are fixes applied automatically or do I have to do it by hand?
Automatically. Once you approve a suggestion in the Trovavio dashboard, the plugin applies it to the site within 10 minutes via WP-Cron. You can also force it right away with the 'Apply now' button in the admin panel.
How much does it cost?
The plugin is free on WordPress.org and works with no account: title, description, keyword and alternative texts are written inside WordPress. The SEO + GEO score needs a Trovavio account, and the free one is enough: it analyses the home page, up to 5 times a day.
