Who provides the service
Trovavio is a service by Riccardo Mores, sole trader, Italian VAT no. IT14587480964, based at Via Fratelli Rosselli 25/2, 20139 Milan, Italy. For any question write to riccardo@trovavio.com.
What the service is
Trovavio is an online tool that analyses websites and suggests SEO improvements (for Google) and GEO improvements (for ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini). It is offered on both free and paid plans.
Conditions of use
- The service may be used for personal or professional purposes.
- Reselling the service to third parties is allowed only on the Agency plan, within the limits of that plan.
- You can check any public page, including a competitor's: the check only reads what the site shows to everyone.
- You may apply changes (with the WordPress plugin or the API) only to sites you own or are authorised by the owner to change.
- If you put the analysis form on your website (Agency plan), you are the controller of the data it collects: Trovavio processes it on your behalf, only to deliver the request to you.
- Any use that could harm the service or other users is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
The SEO and GEO suggestions Trovavio provides are indicative. How well they work depends on many factors (market, competition, content quality, inbound links and so on), and Trovavio does not guarantee any particular result in ranking, traffic or conversions. You remain responsible for the changes you make to your own site.
Free trial
- From the Free plan you can try Solo, Pro or Agency for 14 days, once per account.
- We don't ask for a card and charge nothing at the end: the account goes back to the Free plan by itself, with all its data.
- During the trial AI credits are limited: 30 on Solo, 60 on Pro, 150 on Agency.
- To keep the plan, choose it and pay before the end: from then on the subscription terms apply.
Payments and refunds
- Subscriptions are monthly or yearly, charged automatically until you cancel.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period: you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- No refund for the period running at the time of cancellation.
- One-off extra AI credits do not expire, but they are not refundable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is the consumer's own court.
