AI model: Haiku 4.5 is fast and does the job for most suggestions (title, summary, markup). Sonnet 5 is a more capable model: it reads the nuances of demanding fields like law and healthcare better, and its suggestions are more polished. It comes with the Pro and Agency plans.

AI credits and API calls are counted separately. The 2,000 AI credits are the suggestions the AI writes for you (title, summary, markup). The 2,000 API calls are the requests your developers make to our system. An API request that also generates content with the AI uses one API call and one AI credit; a request that only reads data, a site's score for example, uses one API call and nothing else.

Can I use Trovavio to manage my clients' sites?
Yes, that is exactly what the Agency plan is for. You add your clients' sites, run the SEO and GEO audit on each one and get a separate report for each, with a score, a prioritised list and what to do. You can scan them all at once and keep them monitored weekly, so you always know which clients need attention without checking one site at a time.
Does the Agency plan include full white label?
Yes. The Agency plan gives you full white label: you upload your logo, your name and your website. PDF reports, dashboard and emails show your brand only. Trovavio appears nowhere the client can see. It is all configured from the Account section.
What is SEO, in plain terms?
SEO stands for "search engine optimisation". It is everything that makes your site show up on Google when someone searches for what you do ("divorce solicitor Manchester", say). If the site is written well, Google understands it and puts it in front of potential clients. If it is written badly, Google shows your competitors instead. Trovavio checks the page title, the summary, the heading structure, images, speed and 40+ other signals, and tells you what to fix first.
What is GEO in plain terms, and how is it different from SEO?
GEO stands for "generative engine optimisation". More and more people now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Gemini directly. Those engines do not return a list of links: they write an answer and cite a handful of sources. If your site is not structured so an AI can read it, they will cite your competitors instead of you. SEO gets you to the top of Google. GEO gets you quoted in AI answers. They are two different games, and today it is worth playing both.
Is my site really invisible to ChatGPT?
Probably yes, and it is likely not your doing. As of May 2026, 60 to 70% of small business sites block AI crawlers without the owner knowing: it happens automatically through Cloudflare or certain security plugins. Trovavio checks in a few seconds whether your site blocks GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and the rest. If it does, it tells you how to unblock them, which is usually one line.
Do I need to know SEO to use it?
No, quite the opposite: Trovavio is built for people who have no time to become SEO experts. Every issue is explained in plain English with the practical fix attached. You are the expert in your own trade; Trovavio's job is to spare you having to understand SEO. The same goes for GEO: Trovavio tells you "your site is invisible to ChatGPT", not "your robots.txt has User-agent GPTBot Disallow slash".
Does it work on any site or only WordPress?
The SEO and GEO analysis works on any public website. The plugin that applies the fixes in one click is WordPress-specific (compatible with Yoast, RankMath, SEOPress). On Squarespace, Wix or Shopify you still get the full analysis and step-by-step instructions to apply the fixes by hand.
How much does it cost?

What difference does the AI model make between plans?
Free and Solo use Claude Haiku 4.5: fast and effective for generating titles, summaries and standard suggestions. Pro and Agency use Claude Sonnet 5, a more capable model: the suggestions are better tailored to your field, the consultant chat is more nuanced and reads demanding sectors such as law and healthcare far better. If you manage several sites professionally, the difference in quality is immediately visible.
What does it do that Yoast, SEMrush or PageSpeed do not?
Four things. First: we also check GEO, that is how your site looks to AI engines. As of May 2026 Yoast and SEMrush still do not. Second: we explain every issue in plain words, without the jargon. Third: we check the site every week and email you what has changed. Fourth: we let you apply the fixes in one click through the WordPress plugin, without touching any code.
Is my data safe?
Yes. The platform only reads the public pages of your site, the ones Google and the AI assistants already see. We do not touch your database, we do not read your orders, we do not see your emails. The WordPress plugin uses a dedicated key that you can revoke at any time.
How do I find out whether my site is visible on ChatGPT?
Run a free check: the report shows the GEO section (visibility on ChatGPT and Perplexity) right away, with a score from 0 to 100. If it is low, we tell you why: usually the site blocks AI bots, or the Schema.org card for your field is missing, or the language is not conversational. For each of these you get the practical fix, in plain English, with no jargon. How long does it take? The check is immediate; applying the fixes takes from 5 minutes (unblocking the bots) to an hour (adding the professional schema). How long before I see results?
It depends what you change and where. On Google: small changes (title, description, images) are picked up in 1 to 2 weeks. Bigger changes to structure or content show in the results in 1 to 3 months. On ChatGPT and Perplexity: faster. Once you add the structured data for your field and unblock the AI crawlers, the site usually starts being cited within 2 to 4 weeks.
